As Christians, we believe that "God created man in his own image" - Genesis 1:27, and that "your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God...therefore honor God with your bodies" - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.  When we give ourselves what we need (i.e. what we are designed for) good things happen.  Therefore, we need to develop the ability to discern and trust what He wants us to do.  This is the foundation to our philosophy.  Throughout the session, we are constantly "asking and receiving" His guidance.  Read more about our training sessions...
